Was the best app ever, till it stopped working

I added this app to both my wifes phone as well as mine. The first few months it was pinpoint accuracy. Then it stopped moving, I made sure that both phones are still enabled and turned on. My husband has a form of dementia and I work, it is imperative that we are able to know where one another is. It used to track him from room to room as well as if I was at my desk or in a different part of building I should not be disturbed in other than emergency. This is a supplement app in addition to the apple device tracking. Disappointed when the app stopped working.
